Every order starts with a conversation. You tell me what the item is for, how you'll use it, and what's been bugging you about the gear you've had in the past. From there I walk you through options: leather weight, strap width, hardware style, color, and any tooling or personalization. Photos, sketches, and measurements are all welcome. Once I've got what I need, I draw the pattern, cut from top-grade hides, and build it using traditional hand-tooling and stitching methods.

My background as a retired firefighter shapes how I think about design. I focus on strength where it matters, clean layouts that don't snag, and hardware that won't give up when it's cold, wet, or covered in gloves.
